You’re invited to our next Goggle Works party, preparing and measuring second-hand glasses for dispensing among needy rural communities in Malawi (in partnership with Focus on Malawi). It will be on Friday, 21 October, at 8pm.
Full training provided (it’s very simple, really) and to help the evening along, there will be plenty of coffee, tasty Africa-style nibbles, and even the odd bottle of wine! For more details, email Sue.
Our friends over at Stour Valley Vineyard, Sudbury are hosting an evening of worship and stories from people who have had their lives changed by discovering something of the reality of God in their lives. The worship band is led by Ronnie McDermid who is part of Trent Vineyard, Nottingham.
It’s on Saturday 22 October, at the Delphi Centre, Newton Road, Sudbury CO10 2RR. And it’s a free event – with fresh coffee and snacks served on arrival. A bar is open straight afterwards.
