This morning, a crowd of 22, plus three children, got together for a brunch at the Playhouse in Colchester. Many thanks to the staff for coping with so many orders at once, and producing tasty, hot food with a smile.
It was a buzzing, packed-out Headgate Theatre on Friday 14 January when Making Faces (top picture) hit Colchester with their unique ‘casserole’ of stand-up comedy, poetry and music. They were supported by father and-son duo Mercea and Sergio (above), who played a selection of jazzy and traditional numbers. Thanks to everyone – not least the Headgate Theatre people – who helped make this a very successful evening.
